1. Professional Services Provided

Vip Spa Gulshan offers premium therapeutic massage and holistic wellness treatments designed for physical recovery, muscle tension relief, and mental relaxation.

Important Notice: Our services are strictly therapeutic and professional. We do not offer medical treatments. If you have severe health conditions, please consult a medical professional prior to booking. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or unsolicited behavior.

2. Appointments and Bookings

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be made via our website, WhatsApp (01631498380), or by visiting our center at Silver Tower, Circle, Dhaka.
  • Arrival Time: We request clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to ensure a full session.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled booking, and the full service fee will apply.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations, we enforce the following policies:

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Refunds: All payments made for services rendered are final and non-refundable. If a prepaid booking is canceled within the required timeframe, the amount can be adjusted for a future booking.

4. Client Code of Conduct

To maintain a serene, hygienic, and safe environment for all guests and staff, clients must adhere to the following:

  • Maintain standard personal hygiene before arriving for a session.
  • Treat all therapists and staff with respect.
  • Follow the instructions of the therapists regarding the use of facilities.
  • Vip Spa Gulshan reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session immediately without a refund if a client exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior.

5. Payment Terms

We accept various forms of payment including cash, mobile banking, and selected cards at our physical location. Full payment for the chosen wellness package (e.g., Standard VIP Therapy, Deep Healing Treatment, Ultimate Rejuvenation) is required before or immediately after the service is rendered, as per center policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, Vip Spa Gulshan shall not be held liable for any underlying health issues, allergic reactions to standard oils/lotions, or injuries that were not disclosed prior to the treatment. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in therapeutic treatments at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website and our services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
